NIMF-15 LOGO

We comply with ISPM-15, which regulates the treatment of wood to prevent pests and diseases. This standard is essential for both domestic and international trade.
Our timber undergoes approved phytosanitary treatments, ensuring that they are safe and meet the necessary requirements. This commitment not only protects our local ecosystems, but also ensures the acceptance of our products in global markets.
By choosing our timber, you choose quality, sustainability and responsible trade.

Forest_Stewardship_Council_

The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Certificate was created in 1990 in California in response to growing concern about forest conservation. This certification system was born out of a collaboration between consumer companies, environmental organisations and human rights advocates, who sought to establish a mechanism that would credibly identify responsibly managed forests.
After three years of work, the FSC Assembly was founded in Toronto, creating a global certification system that guarantees that forest products with the FSC seal come from forests that meet strict management standards. These standards ensure that good practices are followed in the harvesting of forest resources, thus protecting biodiversity and ecosystems.
By choosing FSC-certified products, consumers support sustainable forest management and contribute to the fight against deforestation and illegal logging.

The PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) Chain of Custody provides consumers with clear and verifiable information about the content of the forest products they buy. This system ensures that the materials used come from sustainably managed forests, recycled and controlled sources.
PEFC certification is a crucial step following forest certification. It guarantees the use of raw materials that meet legal and sustainability standards. Maderas Alonso Llorente, S.L. has been certified by PEFC since [xxxx], with certificate number PEFC/14-38-00107-02. Our sawmill is fully committed to comply with all the necessary requirements to ensure a sustainable and responsible forest management.
Products of forest origin that are PEFC certified (wood, paper, cork, mushrooms, resins, essences, etc.) offer consumers the certainty that they are buying products that contribute to the conservation of ecosystems. By choosing PEFC, buyers not only help to combat illegal logging, but also promote the preservation of biodiversity and support the economic livelihoods of rural communities.
In addition, this certification promotes recognition of the social and cultural importance of forest resources, helping to maintain the balance between exploitation and conservation.
