At Maderas Alonso Llorente, S.L., we specialise in the production of Radiata Pine wood (Insignis Pine). We produce planks and boards in various sizes and qualities, perfect for carpentry, packaging and construction. We work exclusively with Radiata Pine logs of the highest quality.
Despite being a fast-growing tree, the Radiata Pine (Pino Insignis) in our lands grows at a slower rate than in other regions of the world, which allows us to offer a superior quality wood.
Production Process
Our process begins with the debarking of the logs, from which we obtain boards and planks of different thicknesses and lengths.
These are edged, trimmed and sorted.
Part of our production goes through a rigorous drying process, which eliminates humidity and protects the wood from insects and fungi.
We have a drying capacity of approximately 600 m³ per week, using state-of-the-art drying chambers.
Sustainable production
Our commitment is to optimise energy consumption, minimising it as much as possible, in line with our environmental policy, one of our main lines of development.
At Maderas Alonso Llorente, S.L., we firmly believe in the importance of sustainability. For this reason, we offer 100% renewable drying wood, a solution that not only benefits our customers, but also the environment.
Our drying process uses renewable energy, which allows us to minimise our carbon footprint and contribute to the conservation of natural resources. By using sustainable energy sources, we ensure that every plank of wood that leaves our sawmill is not only of the highest quality, but also environmentally friendly.
Renewable kiln-dried timber is not only a responsible choice, but also offers superior properties. Thanks to our innovative drying system, we achieve optimal moisture content that improves the stability and durability of our products, ensuring they meet the highest performance standards.
By choosing our 100% renewable kiln dried wood, you not only choose quality and strength, but you also join us in our mission to promote sustainable practices in the timber industry. Together, we can build a greener future.
